I feel the need to send you this email regarding your exceptional staff & subcontractors I have dealt with so far
In the construction process for my house. Starting with your office staff, I normally get Renee & then Xiana on the phone.
Both girls are always friendly, professional & very helpful with any issues or questions I have. If they cannot answer my question
Straight away they will find out & return my call to give me the information. Dan , the onsite foreman for my house is also
Always happy to talk regarding any questions I have. He will return calls & let me know what is going on in the build process which is
A relief considering that I’m in customer service also & sometimes those return calls never happen.
I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Heslop, the electrician who helped with sorting my electrical plan for lights etc..
His attitude, experience & helpful advice made it easier to go through what I must say is very nerve-racking as I have never built before.
The plumber, who’s name escapes me at the moment, was fantastic. He was working through your firm until
The GFC struck & had to go back to being a butcher. When I turned up on site he had already plumbed my Ensuite. I mentioned to him
That I was hoping to have the tap for the shower on the side of the wall rather than behind the shower head to be able to turn on the
Water before getting into the shower. His response, “ it’s your house mate so if that’s where you would like the tap then that’s where
It will go”. No fuss, no drama, he removed the lines & the tap fixture & set it up exactly where I wanted it set.
I have had a number of people regale their story to me regarding the horrors they experienced when building so to have such a hassle
Free time so far is a calming relief & a testament to your professionalism.
So once again, I would like to thank both of you & your staff for making this time a pleasant one. I am telling everyone about my
Build that I am dealing with a company with many years’ experience who are making this whole process seem easy for a first time owner.
